Job Overview The Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of strategies to prevent adversarial abuse and ensure the integrity of blithequark's online platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and mitigating threats from malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and evasion of termination Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent adversarial abuse, using data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams Partner with the Policy Development team to create policies that describe harmful behavior, using account, social, and content signals Deliver high-quality and efficient operational performance, with a focus on quality, service levels, and talent development Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and implementing policies while building relationships with key cross-functional partners Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., analysis, engineering, data science) At least 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/deploying analytical experiences At least 2 years of experience working with engineering teams that shape data infrastructure and ML models At least 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., analysis, engineering, data science) Experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners Excellent business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action Skill and Competency Requirements To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of technical, business, and leadership skills.
