**The Role**

As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead our efforts to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse on our platform. This includes:

* Leading the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and removing malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse
* Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute Transparency Reports for countries around the world
* Understanding, anticipating, and insightfully mitigating risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI)
* Working with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
* Delivering high-quality and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24/7
* Engaging, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent
* Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times to circle back, provide data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* 4-year certification or equivalent experience
* 2 years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical models
* 2 years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models
* 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as accelerations require
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* 2 years of experience working with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
* Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
* Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
* Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* 2 years of experience working with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
* Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
* Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
* Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
