**Experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics – Web Security and Trust Operations**

As a key member of our Trust and Security team, you'll be working closely with cross-functional partners to drive strategic initiatives, develop new tools and technologies, and implement global policies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Product Management and Design teams to build data-driven insights and develop effective solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats. **Key Responsibilities** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse team and the Business Analytics team. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, commitment abuse, and other forms of adversarial behavior * Collaborating with the Business Analytics team to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute Transparency Reports for countries around the world * Understanding, anticipating, and intelligently mitigating risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI) * Working with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior * Delivering high-quality and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7 * Attracting, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent * Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times to provide data-driven insights and content-driven experiences, and implementing solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * At least 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent common sense experience * 2 years of experience working with risk management, anti-abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying data-driven insights * 2 years of experience working with design teams that build data infrastructure and ML models * 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard workweeks as accelerations require **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, data science) * 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection * Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities * Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab * Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners * Excellent business judgment, critical, and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
