**Experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics – Web Security and Data Insights**

With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and community building, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the online world. **The Role** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse group, which is dedicated to identifying and eliminating online threats, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse. You'll also oversee our Business Investigation group, which produces insights, estimates uncaught badnesses, and distributes Straightforwardness Reports for nations around the world. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our web security strategy and informing our product development roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating online threats, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse * Oversee the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Straightforwardness Reports for nations around the world * Collaborate with the Arrangement Advancement group to create approaches using account, social, and content signs to depict harmful behavior * Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate emerging threats, such as generative AI * Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch new initiatives that prevent adversarial abuse * Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and content-driven experiences to inform decision-making * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new products and approaches **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4-year certification or equivalent experience in a related field * 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical models * 2 years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models * 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) is highly desirable * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities is highly desirable * Proficiency in SQL/R/Matlab is highly desirable * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams * Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions in a rapidly changing industry **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $24/hour * Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive innovation and growth * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of experts * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for web security and data insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
