If you're a data enthusiast looking for a challenging and rewarding role, arenaflex is the perfect place to be. **The Role** As a Senior Data Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting our Enterprise Information Warehouse and BI stage using various data/BI tools. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on the entire organization by creating data tools and driving a data-driven culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Work in a time-sensitive environment to analyze, design, develop, and deliver Enterprise Information Warehouse solutions. * Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Windstream, and other data tools. * Build ad-hoc reports to help inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau. * Design, develop, maintain, and support our Enterprise Information Warehouse and BI stage using various data and BI tools. * Build impromptu reports as needed to help inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau. * Foster collaborative relationships and work with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and achieve project goals. * Communicate technical and business themes, as required, in a 360-degree approach, using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed. * Create, maintain, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs. * Take ownership and deliver process improvements. * Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends. * Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business. **What You'll Bring** * 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Windstream. * Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica. * Strong skills in SQL and query writing. * Solid critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills. * Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines. * Strong experience with creating heavenly dashboards and reports for C-level leaders. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge examination platform for business and activity knowledge. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
