As a key member of our Data Science and Automation Group, you'll be responsible for driving moderate to complex data science, AI, machine learning, and automation projects, working closely with stakeholders and partners to understand business needs and deliver high-impact solutions. If you're a seasoned data science professional with a passion for innovation and a drive to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive moderate to complex data science, AI, machine learning, or automation projects, working with stakeholders and partners to understand business needs and deliver high-impact solutions * Serve as the client relationship lead on data science, AI, machine learning, or automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional leaders across various and simultaneous tasks * Lead conversations with partners from various backgrounds to gather business needs for data science, AI, machine learning, or automation solutions * Act as a subject matter expert on data science, AI, machine learning, or automation delivery philosophies * Drive the development of leader-level communication (e.g., project announcements, presentations, etc.) * Combine critical measures of detailed data and summarize key information for the relevant partner * Develop and present results and recommendations for moderate to complex projects to stakeholders * Analyze market trends and implement recommended procedures to support internal client needs * Drive the continuous advancement of the arenaflex data science center and community * May perform other work assignments as directed by Representative's Chiefs **Information, Abilities, and Competencies** * High-level expertise in both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches * High-level expertise in assessing logical strategies to propose the fitting end-to-end solution guide for business issues * High-level expertise in using value definition systems and techniques to estimate, scope, and focus on various data science, AI, machine learning, or automation drives * Skilled in using enterprise specialized tools to create and convey communication of complex technical projects to relevant partners * Gifted in using project management tools to define the solution guide and project plan used to ensure the project has the resources needed to complete tasks on time * Ability to develop trust with all levels of Representatives, including cross-functional leaders, and should be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential information * Ability to lead complex data science, AI, machine learning, or automation projects, including serving as a leader for business partner groups, solution definition and planning, detailed task and deliverable definition and creation, and project plan creation * Ability to lead communication in a connecting way with various audiences and composed relational skills for technical and non-technical crowds up to and including cross-functional senior leaders * Ability to lead project teams through various circumstances and changing approaches/strategy if necessary to actually and effectively meet targets **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $33/hour * Opportunity to work from home * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data science professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
