About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of customer experience and helping us achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business needs and requirements. Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Develop and deliver innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical capabilities, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. Essential Qualifications We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect with a strong background in data architecture, big data, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with product managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for a candidate with a strong passion for innovation and a desire to drive business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have: Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
