Our Customer Listening Team, spanning across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses, is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **Transforming the Voice of the Customer Method** We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to assist in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Helping to improve and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics, our survey software provider. * Collaborating closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics subject matter experts, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and improvement. * Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. * Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. * Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. * Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels. * Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools. * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency. **Operating Closely with Colleagues from GSN and AET** As a Senior Data Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique. **Essential Qualifications and Skills** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development lifecycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. * Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. * Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' holistic well-being, which means we focus on their physical, financial, and intellectual health throughout every stage of life.
