Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders Develop and maintain flexible self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, define and implement tracking designs, and influence prioritization decisions with data Tutor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in the organization's data architecture Communicate findings with a clear and compelling narrative, ensuring that insights can be utilized to drive item strategy and business growth Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and analytically rigorous field, such as Analysis, Math, Statistics, Data Systems, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or marketing, is also required.
