Experienced Senior Data Analyst for Streaming Services – Data Entry and Analysis for arenaflex's Innovative Entertainment Platforms

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Subscriber Operations capability within the Data Analysis group, responsible for the valuation of subscriber adjustments across the arenaflex Streaming portfolio. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on continuous subscriber estimation for various business-critical initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected. Your expertise will be essential in identifying subscribers impacted by incidents requiring essential and legitimate remediations, ensuring the integrity of our subscriber adjusts and that clients receive refunds when required. Key Responsibilities Manage data entry and record information requirements connected with subscriber informing drives, including price increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected, as well as incident remediation, ensuring that the right clients receive refunds when required. Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes directly committing, to determine accurate partners of subscribers for informing and/or remediation. Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide brief summaries of technical progress and/or roadblocks to business stakeholders. Develop strong knowledge of subscriber adjusts and the technical system that underlies subscriber data. Manage project planning and schedules, and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and operational playbooks. In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 3+ years of work experience developing in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. 3+ years of analytical experience. Proven ability to convey technical and/or analytical concepts to a broad range of audiences. Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills. Degree in a quantitative field. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are desirable: Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
