* Serving as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies

**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or related fields
* At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
* Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
* Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects
* Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
**How to Stand Out:**
While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:
* At least 5 years of SaaS experience
