Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with our Commercial Sales Offices and customers. Responsibilities: As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships: Build strong relationships with Commercial Sales Office, Warehouse, and Transporter personnel nationwide. Working cross-functionally: Collaborate with sales offices, product management, warehouses, and transporters to meet customer requirements. Processing customer claims: Manage customer claims throughout their lifecycle, researching and investigating root causes to determine appropriate resolutions. Providing exceptional service: Answer incoming calls and emails from sales offices, warehouses, customers, and transporters regarding claim status, pickup scheduling, RMA creation, and other general inquiries. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge: Proactively keep current on product knowledge and process standard work. Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Resolve issues and improve processes using your problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field is preferred. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Customer service or inside/outside sales experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service or inside/outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment. ERP system familiarity: Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
