**Job Summary**

As a Senior Customer Service Representative – Fraud Prevention and Resolution, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to resolve product, service, or billing issues. **Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and composed manner
- Build strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and educating them on various customer preference options
- Comply with all arenaflex and risk management policies and procedures
- Create a connection with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service
- Engage in team trainings and assist with operational duties
- Identify areas for quality improvement and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales goals by influencing customers to learn about products and services that benefit them
- Participate actively in team meetings to foster a motivational environment
- Promote and adhere to arenaflex policies, procedures, and code of ethics

**Essential Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 0+ years of experience in Financial Services, Customer Service, or a goal-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues and provide support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of risk management policies and procedures
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity

**Working Conditions**

This role requires frequent minimal physical effort, including sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture may be required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. **Compensation and Benefits**
