Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation, and implement data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
Streamline and scale the current planning process efficiently to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
Develop and maintain complex data models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions and drive growth

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
