As a Senior Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining front-end code using Python, SQL, HTML, Java, and R, or other comparable coding languages. While proficiency in these languages is not required, the ability to quickly learn and adapt is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data management cycles, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, integrating data, and creating reports that provide current status and representation for business performance. Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. Design and implement reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions, with a strong focus on client-centricity and data accuracy. Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate, timely, and meets the needs of stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and analytical expertise to drive business outcomes. Support cross-functional teams in the daily execution of program performance, providing expert analysis and guidance to inform business decisions. Essential Qualifications 5 years of experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business analysis, with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement. 5 years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations, engineering, or analytics. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to drive business insights and inform decision-making. Proficiency in Excel, with experience using SQL and other data management systems. Experience creating business proposals and influencing stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Consultant, or a related occupation, with a strong focus on data-driven insights and process improvement. Experience in operations, supply chain, or strategy, with a deep understanding of business processes and systems. Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling, with experience designing and implementing data architectures. Familiarity with a modeling language like Python or R, with experience using statistical modeling languages and toolsets. Experience with one or more statistical modeling languages/toolsets, with a strong focus on data analysis and interpretation.
