Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data management cycles, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, integrating data, and preparing reports that provide current status and representation for business performance. Retrieve and analyze large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems. Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make informed decisions. Take ownership of processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely, with a high level of customer focus in resolving data errors. Assemble and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes. Monitor existing metrics, build new metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities. Support cross-functional teams on the daily execution of existing program performance. Create complex queries to dive deep into process issues and enhance to improve customer experience. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a related analytical field, such as finance or cost analysis. 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights. Experience with Excel and SQL. Experience creating business proposals and influencing stakeholders. Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Consultant, or a related occupation. Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy. Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling. Familiarity with a modeling language like Python or R. Experience with at least one of the statistical modeling languages/toolsets.
