You will work closely with a cross-functional team of data scientists, business intelligence engineers, system administrators, and data stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and improve patient care. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to design and implement data systems that enable report automation for the Medical Services Quality Improvement program * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT scripts using SQL-based tools such as Blue Information Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Design and implement coherently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services * Provide leadership and guidance on data architecture and semantic layer enhancements connected with BI innovation stages like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Work closely with data stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights * Develop and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Perform data profiling and analysis across internal and external data sources * Create internal tools for automation of data-related tasks **Essential Capabilities** * Strong hands-on experience in writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and implementing coherently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services * Strong leadership and communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience * Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced analytics professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
