Experienced Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist for Remote Work Opportunity at Blithequark

Job Summary We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems to work closely with our distribution center, IT, and application development teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and modification of our Warehouse Management Framework, as well as acting as a liaison between the Data Center and Application Development departments. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating, analyzing, and implementing physical infrastructure that supports our distribution center, administering and supporting the section of all moves/add/change requests, and coordinating with MHE vendors for data handling. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Organization/Telecom departments and the Innovation Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the distribution center Administer and support the section of all moves/add/change requests Coordinate with MHE vendors for data handling Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems Coordinate all data backups and data recovery strategies Liaise between the distribution center office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution Support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals Maintain LAN (Local) design Implement all future releases of software Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, strips, etc., and report usage to MIS Supervise non-exempt staff Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users Manage the peripheral connects with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred) 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Project management experience (an advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills, including experience with Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
