Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our inventory network frameworks team, you will be responsible for the support and modifications of the Warehouse Management Framework, as well as acting as the local contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating, analyzing, and implementing physical infrastructure that supports the Distribution Center, as well as administering and supporting the section of all moves/add/change requests.
Key Responsibilities
Contact with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling
Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
Coordinate all data backups and data recovery strategies
Liaise between warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
Support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
Maintain LAN (Local) design
Implement all future releases of software
Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, strips, etc. and report usage to MIS
Supervise non-exempt staff
Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users
Manage the peripheral connects with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
2+ years of experience with using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience (an plus)
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
