Experienced Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist for Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex

Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the support and modifications of the Warehouse Management Framework, as well as acting as the local point of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the Distribution Center (DC) where appropriate, as well as administer and support the section of all moves/add/change requests.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors as it relates to data processing
Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
Act as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
Support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
Maintain LAN (Local Area Network) design
Implement all future releases of software
Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
Supervise non-exempt staff
Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users
Manage the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following are preferred:
Project management experience (a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
