Our Item The board and Loaning (PML) Specialty Unit is a rapidly growing team that is passionate about creating and delivering U.S. consumer payment products and experiences that exceed expectations. As a Senior Analyst-Product, you will be part of a collaborative and cross-functional team that drives the item strategy and end-to-end customer experience for our Line Increment and Pay Catch Projects. **What will you achieve in this role?** In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development by creating and delivering key product analyses and insights that uncover meaningful business opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional partners, including Advertising, Risk, Finance, Research, and Analysis, you will help support portfolio and performance management for the Line and Pay Catch item portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis and be able to blend dashboard patterns, various data reports, and competitive analyses to create actionable business proposals and recommendations that will shape program strategies and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead monthly product performance reporting, requiring integration from various data reports and dashboards * Lead product analysis, producing meaningful, data-driven insights while utilizing data available in Large Data Stage via SQL/HQL to support drives and inform groundbreaking procedures across the Line and Pay Catch portfolio * Utilize data analysis to identify and address business questions; understanding key lending metrics and patterns to draw conclusions across various reports and data sources * Collaborate closely with key partners including Advertising, Risk, Advanced, Finance, Research, and Analysis to create key cross-functional analysis activities and gain greater visibility into the end-to-end Line Increment and Pay Catch data environment * Support portfolio management efforts by actively participating in the review of end-to-end item performance and identifying new learning experiences in collaboration with key partner groups * Clearly and concisely present portfolio findings and recommendations supported by analysis, securing key buy-ins and support from leadership and partner groups **Essential Qualifications:** * Key and logical thinker with the ability to interpret data analysis results and performance patterns to drive meaningful insights * Innovative problem solver with a proven ability to combine and integrate various data and financial analyses, customer research, and competitive intel to drive business recommendations * Thorough with a history of executing on cross-functional drives balancing multiple needs and managing tight timelines * Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate a process to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing * Positive, self-starter with the mental fortitude to challenge the status quo **Preferred Qualifications:** * Four-year degree required * Three years of experience with SQL/HQL and data analysis * Related knowledge in strategy or relevant industry experience preferred **What we offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading global payments and financial services company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to apply:** If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
