Job Overview The Senior Analyst will be responsible for using their insight into the organization's work model and cross-functional connections to address and resolve concerns related to work from store and HR partners in the field. This will involve adopting a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in the stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client support, excellent data gathering and analytical skills, and the ability to construct solid cross-functional relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, project/procedure planning, and data implementation Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Direct and manage direct reports, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluation Essential Qualifications The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience preferred. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is also highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and solid tasks, retail, and/or field knowledge.
