Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement Perform data gathering tasks, develop solutions, and implement project and process plans Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Direct and lead cross-functional teams, assign and assess work, train, and contribute to performance evaluation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly preferred, and you should have a strong background in consulting, project management, and data analysis.
