Job Overview The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in addressing and resolving labor-related concerns from our store and HR partners in the field. This will involve leveraging your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication to drive business performance and improve our operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading task groups, performing data gathering tasks, and developing solutions to enhance our processes and communications. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives Perform data gathering tasks, develop solutions, and implement project/procedure planning and data implementation Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Direct and manage direct reports, and provide guidance and support to ensure their success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly preferred, and a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving is essential. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
