We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Representative to join our Key Account Management team in Texas. As a Senior Account Representative, you'll be responsible for executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts, managing key customer relationships, and driving business growth through fact-based selling methods. **Responsibilities**
As a Senior Account Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* **Maximize Volume and Revenue**: Use fact-based selling methods to maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts.
* **Activate Local and National Initiatives**: Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
* **Analyze Customer Information**: Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities.
* **Improve Customer Satisfaction**: Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
* **Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships**: Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure customers are complying with careerzynith contract requirements.
* **Drive Business Growth**: Drive business growth through fact-based selling methods and identify new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:
* **Minimum of 2 Years of Fact-Based Selling Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
* **Bachelor's Degree and/or Equivalent Work Experience**: A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field.
* **Consumer Packaged Goods Experience**: Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
* **Physical Demands**: Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
* **Valid Driver's License**: Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
* **Indefinite Right to Work in the United States**: This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

* **Competitive Salary**: The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
* **Bonus Based on Performance**: Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
