As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for Amazon sellers, providing them with exceptional support and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. About the Role: As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you'll be responsible for demonstrating end-to-end ownership of every seller interaction, coupled with proactive problem-solving and providing exceptional support to sellers. You'll work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, and will be required to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers and merchants, including the appropriate escalation of seller issues. Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures. Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aid team members with difficult contacts as needed. Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance. Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to the appropriate channel, including improvement suggestions. Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as required to resolve seller issues and questions. Essential Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 0-10 years of experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts. Willingness to work on phone, chat, and emails (concurrent blended profile). Ability to use a desktop/laptop and familiarity with internet browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office. Home environment free from background noise, with a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 20 MBPS) and at least 100 GB data from a reliable provider. Access to a mobile phone at all times from a reliable provider. Power backup in case of power shutdown, up to the duration of your shift. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with Amazon's policies and procedures. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
