As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic, collaborative team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Self-Pay/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving patient balances, maximizing financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a strong skillset in patient-centric customer service, empathy, and multi-system toggling. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, set up payment plans, and secure payments.
