The Channel & Customer Research team is the newest addition to Expert Insights, collaborating closely with our Directed Content and Expert Call Services groups to deliver structured channel checks and voice-of-customer interviews. These real-time insights illuminate nuanced demand signals, competitive dynamics, customer preferences, and purchasing behaviors across key industries, empowering clients to stay ahead of trends and swiftly adapt strategic decisions. **About the Role:** As a Sector Lead for Energy & Industrials, you will bring deep industry subject matter expertise to drive the successful execution of vertical-specific channel and customer research projects. This role provides the opportunity to shape and scale a differentiated research product for Wall Street and corporate clients, setting a new benchmark for actionable insights in the market. Your responsibilities will center around project setup, expert recruitment guidance, rigorous vetting of expert quality and relevance, product quality assurance, feedback loops, and people management.
