Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to small business owners via video and audio support, helping them navigate their bookkeeping challenges and get the most out of QuickBooks Online. Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks Online and ProAdvisor Certification to troubleshoot complex bookkeeping issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of QuickBooks Online, and provide training and support to our clients as needed. Meet or exceed productivity and performance targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations. Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with a strong background in financial management and analysis. At least 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience and ProAdvisor Certification, with a deep understanding of the software and its features. A strong passion for helping customers via video and audio support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with small business owners and entrepreneurs, with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and needs. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a strong understanding of financial statements and tax laws. Experience with cloud-based accounting software, with a strong understanding of its features and benefits.
