This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home, setting your own schedule between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, for 10-25 hours per week. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries via phone, with some limited outbound follow-up calls as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, typing at a rate of 45 WPM
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant telephone demeanor
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in typing at a rate of 45 WPM
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the lawn care or outdoor services industry
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
