Job Overview
In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Open availability, as this is a seasonal position with varying schedules and shifts
A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills
A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
A desktop or laptop computer that meets the following requirements:

Operating System: Windows 10+
RAM: 8GB or higher
Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher


High-speed internet connection with a DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
Internet speeds of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
A smartphone for remote work and communication
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
