**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution

* Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
* Help customers resolve basic technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
* Offer additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their experience with careerzynith
* Deliver expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Open availability, as this is a seasonal position
* A high school diploma or GED
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge to navigate careerzynith's systems and tools
* A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
