We offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned. **Key Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative working from home, you will: • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide • Help customers complete purchases and provide post-order support • Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services • Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred • Offer additional products and/or services • Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile **Essential Qualifications** Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
