Value Conversation. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services, and navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers. Key Responsibilities Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues (technical support) in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing multiple systems and tools to provide effective solutions Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers, including self-service, artificial intelligence (AI), and data-driven analytics Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time Essential Qualifications Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers Problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Enjoy working independently and with a team, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Must be 18+ years of age High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
