**The Role**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of healthcare-related inquiries. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform our customers about changes that may affect them. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized support and make a real difference in our customers' lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to address healthcare-related inquiries
* Provide personalized support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize multiple systems to communicate with customers and navigate complex healthcare-related information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to type 25 words per minute
* Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
* Open availability between 8am-2am EST 7 days a week
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
