**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Connection Representative II, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer-first resolutions, navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve sales and service inquiries
* Assisting internal and external customers, serving as the initial point of contact for the Customer Connection Center
* Gathering data, research issues, and formulating solutions to support our continued growth and customer delight

* Independent worker, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with moderate to advanced technical proficiency
* Able to work evenings and weekends, with reliable high-speed internet and equipment setup
