Key Responsibilities As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Data Management: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information efficiently. Performance Standards: Consistently meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience: While prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities, including proper grammar and syntax. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. Availability: Must be able to work 32-40 hours weekly, with various 8-10 hour shifts during the following hours of operation: 10 am-7 pm Sunday, 7 am-8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am-6 pm Saturday (CST).
