**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our clients' customers
* Working with a variety of customers to resolve issues and answer questions
* Collaborating with our team to provide timely and effective support
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

**Qualifications:**
* Flexible to the needs of the business
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 18 years of age
**Equipment and Internet Requirements:**
* You must have the following:
+ Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
+ Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
+ A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
+ Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
+ Desk and an ergonomic chair
