**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds our high standards
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Be flexible to meet the needs of our business
* Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Have a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone line
* Have a noise/distraction-free home office environment
* Have a desk and an ergonomic chair
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to have:
* 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
