**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
As a Scheduling and Customer Services Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients that wins their trust and confidence
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately utilizing active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
* Understanding the importance of attention to detail and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
* Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
* Enjoying working in a technical workplace and improving skills through practice

**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus - Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience working in a virtual call center environment
* Knowledge of CRM software and other technical tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
