Our Returnship ProgramOur returnship program is designed to provide a supportive and flexible environment for professionals to re-enter the workforce or transition into a new career. As a returnship participant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team representing over 25 cultures.You'll gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit and develop valuable skills in data entry, research, and project management. Responsibilities As an Experienced Salesforce Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Data entry to Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data management * Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking and analysis * Researching clients and partners' contact information using tools like Spokeo and Snov.io * Researching clients' and partners' bios and entering the information into Salesforce * Taking on special projects with proven success and a positive attitude Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training * Strong data entry experience with Salesforce * Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Excellent research and analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a global team Benefits As a returnship participant, you'll enjoy: * Part-time, flexible remote positions with a minimum of 5-20 hours per week * Opportunity to work with a diverse, global team representing over 25 cultures * Gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit and develop valuable skills * Potential for J1, OPT visas with proven success and a positive attitude * A minimum six-month commitment to ensure a smooth transition and successful re-entry Duration and LocationThis position is available part-time, with a minimum six-month commitment.You'll work remotely with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more.
