Job Highlights Company: Workwarp, a company committed to innovation and excellence Compensation: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Location: Remote, with the option to work from home in various locations across the United States, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations Position: Salesforce Administrator, with opportunities for career growth and professional development Start Date: Immediate openings available, with a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure your success Key Responsibilities As a Salesforce Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing territory management, including assigning and reassigning accounts to sales representatives, and ensuring seamless transitions during personnel changes Analyzing data using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other tools to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement Developing and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business decisions Ensuring data quality and hygiene, including internal file management and support team audit processes Communicating effectively with managers, senior managers, and directors to provide data-driven insights and recommendations Facilitating conference calls and presentations, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations to convey complex information Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com administration Advanced analytics skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Profound attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance and data hygiene Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including running reports, triaging data, and finding answers through data analysis Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Anaplan, a cloud-based platform for financial planning and analysis Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including territory management and lead generation Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, D3.js, or other similar technologies Certification in Salesforce administration, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: Proficiency in Salesforce.com administration, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement process improvements Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
