You'll engage in proactive outreach to potential clients to build and nurture relationships that contribute to our business growth. Your role will be crucial in driving our sales pipeline and helping us achieve our business objectives. Additionally, you'll be at the forefront of our private homeowner department, handling incoming calls, qualifying, and scheduling HVAC work orders. This involves direct coordination of field technicians, ensuring effective communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. **Responsibilities** - Answer inbound sales calls and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify leads. - Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish initial contact. - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective follow-up calls and emails. - Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further development. - Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. - Use provided scripts to guide conversations with the aim of closing sales or booking appointments. - Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC installations, maintenance, and repair jobs, optimizing their routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. - Manage emergency dispatching as required, adjusting schedules and resources dynamically. - Handle customer communications with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all interactions lead to high customer satisfaction. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and outcomes for quality assurance and future training. - Support management with data entry, report generation, and compliance with administrative procedures. - Liaise with other departments to support overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Participate in regular team meetings to stay informed of company policies, procedures, and operational changes. - Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. - Provide feedback to management on script effectiveness and potential improvements in sales strategies. **Requirements** - Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role with a strong focus on sales performance. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use persuasive selling techniques. - Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales applications. - Ability to take direction and implement action &/or change. - Proficient in English (oral and written) - Experience with the HVAC industry and dispatching is a plus - High school diploma required. **Skills** - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly. - Detail-oriented and capable of conducting follow-up with precision. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. **Benefits** - Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses. - Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - Opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
