**The Role**
As a Sales Consultant - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire car-buying process. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and ensure they have a positive experience buying and selling cars. Your role will involve:
* Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers every step of the way, from sale to test drives and arranging financing applications
* Conducting vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to perform customer appraisals
* Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to careerzynith; completing the daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
* Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that all vehicles meet careerzynith Quality Standards
* Performing various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding Customer contracts, obtaining requirement information regarding registration and/or titling, auditing completed paperwork, cash/payment management
* Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing

**Qualifications and Requirements**
To perform this job successfully, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Sales and customer service experience in an area such as retail, preferred
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), preferred
* Ability to lift objects that weigh as much as 25 lbs.
