Job Overview As a Sales Analytics and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our account managers with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive increased revenue. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. You will be working 8 hours a day, and your primary location will be Texas, USA. Key Responsibilities Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark databases. Research and verify third-party data integrity. Scour/design data and convert it into system-compatible format. Support Account Managers with meeting requests and requirements. Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks. Participate in ad-hoc projects/research requests. Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives. Develop presentations with analytical results into respectable formats for all levels of management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and complete projects with tight deadlines. A professional appearance and attitude are also required. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with experience in data analysis, sales, or a related field. Familiarity with Salesforce and other data management tools is also an asset.
