Job Highlights and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to assigned and attached personnel, developing and maintaining training records and tracking systems, and reviewing emerging policy and doctrine publications to assess their incorporation into training products. Key responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system
Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products
Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
Provide direct language instruction to assigned and attached personnel
Train using job-related and general language materials designed to remediate, sustain, and enhance both mission-language skills and global language skills
Develop language training curricula to meet training objectives
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the Russian language
Knowledge of culture and military aspects of the Russian language
Minimum tested score of 3/3/3 proficiency on a DLPT or 3/3 equivalent on an equivalent testing standard
Native fluency in Russian language
Bachelor's degree preferred
Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences
Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced
Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience in intelligence training and development
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience with curriculum development and implementation
