Job Summary We're currently seeking a highly experienced RN First Assist to join our team on a remote basis. As a RN First Assist, you'll play a critical role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care as a first assist in surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless and efficient patient care Utilize your expertise and knowledge to anticipate and respond to patient needs Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a RN First Assist Current BLS certification National and state certification as required Strong clinical skills and knowledge in surgical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or travel nursing capacity Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience working with diverse patient populations and surgical teams What We Offer At Vetted Health, we're committed to supporting the overall well-being of our team members.
