Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a Rheumatology setting
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including a experienced Physician Assistant
Utilize excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with various rheumatic conditions
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rheumatology and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily work
Contribute to the growth and success of the Rheumatology clinic
Essential Qualifications
Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Rheumatology
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in Rheumatology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a hybrid onsite/telemedicine environment
Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
Leadership or management experience, with potential for Rheumatology Medical Directorship
Strong interest in staying current with the latest developments in Rheumatology
