**Experienced Returns Data Entry Specialist – B Shift**

As a key member of our Returns Department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless data entry and administrative processes, working closely with our leadership team and inspectors to drive operational excellence. **The Role** As a Returns Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating returned item data daily, entering data as required, and maintaining excellent service standards to other departments within the organization. You'll interface with internal leadership, including the department supervisor and lead, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via email. Your primary functions will include: * Supporting the leadership team and inspectors with data entry of returned items * Maintaining excellent service standards to other departments within the organization * Interfacing with internal leadership, including department supervisor and lead * Ensuring emails are responded to daily regarding customer inquiries * Entering data as needed by the Returns Department and/or the Customer Service Department **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, understand multiple systems, including WMS systems, and possess basic Excel skills. Your ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
