You will also be responsible for data entry tasks, including registering sales, managing inventory, and implementing agency asset safety strategies. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Registers sales on assigned cash register, collects cash, and distributes change as requested * Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensures that all products are properly merchandised * Assists with inventory management, including taking inventory, rotating stock, and restocking shelves * Implements agency asset safety strategies to prevent and reduce losses * Complies with all company policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products * Provides suggestive selling and promotes products to customers * Assists with outdoor and interior maintenance, including ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment * Completes unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in any field * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior experience with blithequark * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours * Experience with data entry and inventory management **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
